I have had an HP Photosmart Plus B210 Printer for a number of years and it's always worked perfectly, and suddenly it won't power on.  I've tried completely unplugging, ordering a new power supply, everything I can think of, and it just won't power on.  Any ideas on what could be the problem?   There was no incident that lead up to this.  It worked one day, and didn't the next...

Hi @JessicaW0730,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This could be a hardware issue as the printer may be obsolete.

HP printer does not turn on

The printer does not turn on or respond when you use the Power button or switch. All the lights are off, and there is no sound or movement from the printer.

Identify the power supply for your printer and refer to one of the following sections that match it.

Printer with internal power supply

Internal power supply example

Printer with external power supply

Printer with battery power supply

I mean, I'm not an idiot, so of course I have tried that.  Doesn't really seem like a helpful solution.
