Pictures printing with lines through them/printer settings for pictures

I've done serveral head cleans and even replaced my color/BW ink cartridges and each time I print a picture, the result is lines across each picture I print.  The lines only happen with the black ink.

I tried to find setting for glossy pictures or better quality print settings and cannot find the settings. Help please!

How do I fix this problem?  How do I find these settings? I am wasting so much paper and ink.

My chromebook says its version I am using is 86.0.4240.183

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
