It is strange how your printer works fine one day but the very next it’s catastrophic Printer Failure. I have done the same as everyone else - updated firmware, Reset, checked all connections etc. etc with no warranty theres no help from HP but a suggestion that it may be time to upgrade…they want you to buy a new HP product….No !
