Hello,

 

After days searching on Google, I am still unable to fully use my printer.  I need to reset the "administrator password" for the printer because I purchased the printer from somebody on Facebook Marketplace. I asked them for the password, but they don't remember using one. I am unable to complete the setup process via the HP Smart app (no idea if I'm using the 2.4Ghz band and I don't know how to check, but I'm sure it won't matter without this *** password). I've tried printing the information page, but it doesn't show the password because I'm not connected via WiFi and I can't connect via WiFi because I don't have the password!

 

I can use the printer when I connect it via USB, but I can't change any of the setting (ie: the language, which is currently set to French). I'm seriously losing my mind over here. Usually I'm pretty decent at figuring out tech stuff on my own, but this one has truly got me stumped. I'd really prefer to do a hard FACTORY RESET of the 3755 and start fresh. Thank you.
