Please help!

I purchased a used printer from a friend and when trying to set it up I get an error saying to update my payment method for instant ink. Then it takes me to a screen that says printer already installed in hp instant ink. It doesn’t let me go any further. Does this mean I will be unable to use it?

Another issue I’m having is the product information sheet prints everytime instead of what I’ve asked it to print. Any advice?

Hi @MM771 

1.  When you have a printer with Instant Ink subscription from a previous owner, you need to cancel that subscription and then register again with your own payment.

For doing that you need to contact HP Instant Ink support to cancel first and then sign up again.
