Hi,

I afraid there are no drivers and the printer is not supported on Windows 10, Windows 7 was the latest supported operating system:

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-designjet-100plus-printer-series/352395/document/ish_2825606...

You may try installing a windows 7 driver using Compatibility mode and see if that may work, be aware that any such is not tested or expected to work with a connected hardware device, yet it may worth a try and see if it may work.

You may download its latest Windows 7 64-bit drivers below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL22631/pl-59626-3/hpdj100wx64pclen.exe

See below support document from Microsoft to  try installing a  program using compatibility mode:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-older-apps-or-programs-compatible-with-windows-10-7...
