Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I restarted my computer the other day and now I keep getting the popup message,  "Do you want the application “HP Device Monitor.app” to accept incoming network connections?"   and have to accept or deny.   Regardless of which option I choose, it keeps popping up again.  I have tried uninstalling the printer, but no luck.
