Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

The power button will not turn off the printer and the display is stuck on the HP logo. Unplugging the printer didn’t help. Turning off the Wi-Fi didn’t either. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing power button issues with the HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • If it will not turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the power source..
