Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The power cable does not stay in the socket of my new HP OfficeJet Pro printer. HP in the UK say that  they cannot supply a replacement cord to France. 

 

France is unlikely to be able to supply a UK power cable and the site is sending me round in circles. I need to speak with a human!

I don't know to whom you are sending your message -- I do hope you are NOT responding to a Scam message that has an email OR phone number in the message.

 

We do NOT allow phone numbers or email in messages - if you received such, it is a RAT!!

Thank you, Sadly, I've just clicked 'send' on the email, so will have to wait to see what happens. 

 

I'm not usually caught by scammers. Just being desperately stressed about this, I'm not thinking clearly. Though I did note that she only had 2 posts, I just thought she was a new advisor. 

 

Happy Christmas, Dragon-fur. (I thought that all dragons had scales, so I am interested to know if you belong to a previously unknown dragon family. 😄
