Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

As asked by others I have the same issue.  My printer turns off as scheduled but doesn't turn back on.  I read the recent answer to this problem and have done all the suggested things although my printer was so new I don't think any of them were really necessary.  It just doesn't want to do those things.

 

So the real question is: Why did HP remove this capability?
