The HP OfficeJet Pro 8120e uses a standard AC power cord with a "Figure-8" (IEC C7) connector, which is commonly used across many HP printers and other electronics.

Power Plug Details:

  • Connector Type: IEC C7 (also known as "Figure-8")
  • Voltage: Do not convert operating voltages. Use the cord rated for your region (e.g., 110V for North America, 220V for Europe/Asia) to avoid damage.
  • Included in Box: The power cord should be included in the original packaging. If missing, you can purchase a compatible replacement from:
  • Local electronics retailers (just search for “IEC C7 power cord”)

Setup Steps:

  1. Plug the IEC C7 connector into the back of the printer.
  2. Connect the other end to a wall outlet.
  3. Power on the printer using the front panel button.
