I have a HP Officejet 4635 All-in-one. I accidently queued a 58 page document when I wanted to print just one page. While it was printing I turned off the printer power till I could figure out how to clear the queue. When I tried to turn the printer back on, NOTHING. No Control Panel lights, no sounds, nothing. I tried everything I could think to do, and eventually ordered a new power module. I replaced the module and had the same results. The light on the Power Module is ON (It’s an Internal Module). I plugged the Line Cord directly into Power Module, eliminating the short cord from the back panel to the Power Module, no help. I left it plugged this way and was trying to move stuff inside the printer while occasionally pressing the Power On. Suddenly the power came ON. An Error code appeared on the display “0XB810AC30”. I reset the error and printer cycled up normally. I turned the power off to connect the Line Cord normally and then the printer would not turn back ON. Obviously I tried moving stuff inside the printer. Ink Cartridges will not move, moved ribbon cables, tried to get front panel off. but nothing helps. Tried plugging the Line Cord directly into the Power Module again, nothing. Any suggestions?

@Knucklesdraggin, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure the power cable is connected firmly on both sides.
Try with a different wall outlet.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware (If the printer powers ON)

Check if the print carriage can move freely inside the printer
