 i upgraded to a new firmware and after auto reboot, it got stuck on this screen. How do I go about this.

I have not changed the hdd

Run erase/unlock from the preboot menu Administrator -> manage disk -> erase/unlock  and after that load firmware from the USB thumbdrive
