Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M681

Hello

 

Recently, we have installed and configured a new HP Color LaserJet MFP M681.

 

The scan-to-folder settings have been set-up via web browser as per the instructions for FutureSmart 4 on the  page https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/ish_3997013-1096884-16. Basically, they are working fine.

 

However, on the display, after each scan, a question pops up: "Do you want to save the settings for the next job?" (or similar; the printer language is German, see picture).

Isn't it possible to set either of the three options as default? We haven't found any solution for that until now.

Of course, if we prevent the message from appearing, the access to the scan options (e.g. feeder/flatbed or single/double sided) shouldn't be lost.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion?
