Product: HP LaserJet M1212nf
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a conflict with the windows operating system and print driver for the HP LaserJet M1212nf.  I had a new hard drive put on my computer and update windows 10.  Since then I am unable to install print driver for my HP printer.  Geek Squad worked on it for hours and said that it's a definite conflict with the operating system - looks like an issue with administrator permissions.  Also said they had numerous calls on this over the weekend....How do I get this print driver installed?  It gets to extract and then goes blank

If you are network connected,  skip the full package and just download the print driver and then manually install. On computer go to control panel >devices and printers and then add printer and then select add printer manually.
