Hi @Seewhy49,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the Print Preview option is not displaying in the drop-down menu for your HP Smart Tank Plus 550 printer on macOS Ventura 13.4.1, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Confirm printer software installation: Ensure that you have installed the latest printer drivers and software provided by HP for your specific printer model. Visit the HP website and download the latest software package compatible with macOS Ventura 13.4.1. Follow the installation instructions carefully.
  • Check printer settings: Open the "System Preferences" on your MacBook Air and click on the "Printers & Scanners" option. Select your HP Smart Tank Plus 550 printer from the list on the left-hand side. Click on the "Options & Supplies" button, then navigate to the "Driver" or "Options" tab. Look for any settings related to Print Preview and make sure it is enabled or set to display.
  • Reset printing system: If the issue persists, you can try resetting the printing system on your MacBook Air. Go to "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners" and right-click (or Control-click) anywhere in the printer list. Choose the "Reset printing system" option and confirm the action. This will remove all printers and scanners from your system. After resetting, add your HP Smart Tank Plus 550 printer again and check if Print Preview is now available.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
