Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried troubleshooting all of the suggestions including Microsoft Win 10 messages without success. There are no error messages shown anywhere including Samsung Printer Diagnostics . HP print and Scan Doctor program does not appear to work for Samsung.

I know absolutely nil about Samsung printers.

The issue you describe MIGHT be a permission problem in the Temp folder in your account on the computer.

The behavior, at least, matches this type of issue to the extent it is worth checking.

Consider

Jobs in Print Queue Disappear

All else being equal, that is, other solutions already checked / applied:

  • Temp folder requires full permissions, including Read / Write, for current user
  • Check / add / edit permissions for user (current login) on Temp folders

C:\Windows\Temp

C:\Users\AccountName\AppData\Local\Temp

Example
