BACKGROUND:
Running OfficeJet Pro 9025e connected to desktop PC (Windows 10 x64) via both WiFi and USB. Printing worked great, but the Scanner for USB Printer (Icon found in Control Panel) had error symbol until I unblocked Windows update for two drivers: HP - Image - 56.0.6283.0 and Hewlett-Packard - USB - 11/11/2018 12:00 AM - 49.0.4395.18315.
Now, errors are no longer shown in Control Panel/Devices and Printers. Also noted that Scanner Settings and Profile have been removed from the WiFi device, and now appears under the USB device.
Right now, the only problem I'm having with the Scanner is that when scanning to computer from the Printer/Scanner LCD Panel, only the WiFi option works when using the Document Feeder. When using the Document Feeder with the USB option, it goes through all the motions as if it is working except that the scan file is never received by the PC, it's lost. All other Scan to Computer functions seem to be working fine when using WiFi and when using USB options.
MY QUESTION - PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR - DRIVER CHECK FAILS:
When running Print and Scan Doctor/Fix Scanning for both WiFi and USB devices, the Driver Check diagnostic shows that it has failed. What should I do?
