After clicking on HPPSdr.exe, what appears in the screenshot.

I understand that the Print and Scan Doctor does not work for Win7.
Please update the windows update and then try to download the print scan doctor.
Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.
