I am trying to run Print and Scan Doctor on my HP OfficeJet 6975 but I get an Extraction Error "Can not delete output file then stops.

@DDinwiddie, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I believe you are trying to run this app on the Win 10 computer. What is the issue with the printer?

Kindly attach a picture of the error in your next post.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

 

Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
