Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I bought the printer just a couple of months ago. From the beginning, the following message has appeared on the printer's screen:

 

"The list of print apps on this printer could not be updated. Try again later."

 

I've reinstalled the software multiple times but the message doesn't go away and apparently the apps aren't updating. Can anyone help?
