Print, create, store

Hi Everyone,

Firstly I will introduce myself as being completely 100% unknowledgable when it comes to anything related to I.T. so please excuse me if I ask daft questions. 

I have recently purchased a new Dell laptop and a new HP Envy Photo 7134.  I would like to be able to download photos onto laptop and then create folders, album pages and edit photos.  On my last PC and HP I had a programme which was OK. I have nothing currently. 

Does the Envy comes with a programme, or do I have to purchase one, download one etc.   All i have managed to do so far is print a photo from my mobile.

If I understand what you are asking (possible but not guaranteed), then the answer is No.

I believe you might be referring to the (retired after ten years) HP Photo Creations software.  For the moment, at least, I don't believe HP has anything as a replacement to that very popular software.

So, you'll want to look at what you can purchase, download, and set up for creating photo albums and the like.

What is available from HP for your Printer?

There are a couple of decent printer options that can provide the "back bone" to your other photo album software.

The Full Feature Software, though not guaranteed to work with every other software, is the foundation on which most other photo printing software depends.

A very nice application for printing and scanning PDF and JPG files is available for Windows 10 (and for supported mobile devices as well).   At this writing, HP Smart for Windows is smarter and more capable than any of the mobile counterparts (opinion only, of course).

Add this application if you like - both the printer software and the HP Smart for Windows application can be installed on the computer at the same time - they do not interfere with one another.
