Every time I startup the print head alignment page prints and I scan it to align the print heads. Tried searching settings to see if this was a selectable option but didn't see any. My printer is a Deskjet 2255e. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

Hi @RC748 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer is automatically printing the print head alignment page every time you start it up, which could be inconvenient. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
- Check Printer Software Settings: Open the HP printer software on your computer. Look for any settings related to print head alignment or startup routines. Sometimes, there might be an option to disable automatic print head alignment during startup.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause unexpected behavior. Software and Drivers for HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer
- Reset Printer Settings: You can try resetting the printer settings to default. This might help in case there's a setting causing the print head alignment page to print on startup.
- Manual Alignment: As a temporary solution, you can manually cancel the print head alignment process every time it starts up if your printer offers that option.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, firmware updates address known issues or bugs that could be causing this behavior.
