Product: Deskjet 2720

I have bought this new printer to replace a 2540 that I ran only envelopes on. I can't believe that several years later, hp still doesn't print #10 envelopes right without cutting off the print. Is there any way around this? On the old printer, I set it up on a letter size page but printed on envelopes. This doesn't work on new printer.

I see that you have issues with printing envelopes, in order to provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Did you check the print driver settings and the paper tray settings?
