Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer dialogue boxes used to provide a check box for 2 - sided printer.  Not there anymore.  Would like to get it back.  Can anyone help me?

Windows updates sometimes screw up the driver. 

 

On your PC, go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Then click on the advanced tab to see what driver is being used. If you see any type of Microsoft driver such as Microsoft IPP driver or V4 driver, that may be the problem and you should delete the printer and reinstall. If it says any HP driver then click on the device settings tab and scroll down the options to make sure it shows that duplex is installed:
