Print preview version is outdated

I am now receiving message that print preview version is outdated. I go to support and download the print preview .exe file.

When I open it, it starts the Install Shield Wizard, begins to extract then closes without installing anything.

I have turned off all virus protection, tried installing as administrator, all without success.

What is your printer model?

What application you refer to? I dount there is any HP print preview.exe process as you refer tom so please clarify what hardware or software you refer to.

Just FYI,

I just ran across the Print Preview software while looking in the Software and Drivers for a DesignJet printer.

Example

Software and drivers for HP DesignJet T530 24-in Printer 

Print Preview (for the T530) is located in section Software-Utility

Interesting stuff.

I’m having the same issue. Specifically using a HP Laptop Model 14-cf0006dx and a HP DesignJet T530.  Windows 10 Pro version 1909.

We have the same problem. Windows 10, 2004, Designjet T125, Driverdate: 4th Sep.
