I can't get print preview to load. I can scan from app
I've tried two different phone with two different operating
Systems and both do the same thing.
The screen just spins. I've updated firmware on printer.
Both phones have android. I can print from
Computer just fine

Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
- Ensure your printer and phone are on the same Wi-Fi.
- Power cycle both your printer and phone.
- Go to the Google Play Store and update the printer app.
- Clear the cache/data of the printing app in your phone's settings.
- Go to Settings > Printing and ensure your printer is listed and selected.
- Remove and re-add your printer in the Printing settings.
- Print directly from the app (e.g., Google Docs or Photos) to skip the preview.
- Try printing from other apps to see if it's app-specific.
- Verify the firmware update on your printer was successful.
- As a last resort, reset your printer to factory settings and set it up again.
- Use the HP Smart App.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
