Print problems

Every time I try to print something it goes to Private pick up and I can't see how to print from there. I just want to be able to print without this process

Clear job(s) from Print Center

iOS > Open the App Switcher:

• On an iPhone with Face ID: Swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen.
• On an iPhone with a Home button: Double-click the Home button.

Next, Tap Print Center

Check badge / icon to see how many documents are in the queue.

To cancel a print job, select it in Print Center > Tap Cancel Printing
