In spite of a recent update, HP Smart for Mobile options for "Resize" are still  limited.

 

Following is a "slide show" review of the option to Open a Photo / Image and Resize using the "manual" option.

 

Something missing?  Possibly - this is a new set of plates - nothing guaranteed ..
