Hi @Degs12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet 4652 is unable to print documents from your computer but can still copy, scan, and print copies, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check the Printer Queue:

  • Open the Devices and Printers section on your computer.
  • Find your HP OfficeJet 4652, right-click it, and select See what's printing.
  • Make sure there are no documents stuck in the queue. If there are, try canceling them and see if a new print job goes through.

Set as Default Printer:

  • In the Devices and Printers section, right-click your HP OfficeJet 4652 and select Set as default printer.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Go to the HP Support website, find the drivers for your OfficeJet 4652, and download the latest version.
  • Install the drivers and see if this resolves the issue.

Check for Printer Firmware Updates:

  • Sometimes firmware updates can resolve issues. Check the HP Support website for any available firmware updates for your printer.

Reinstall the Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your computer (go to Devices and Printers, right-click on the printer, and select Remove device).
  • Reinstall the printer using the latest drivers from the HP website.

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure that the print settings in the application you are using are correct. Sometimes settings can default to options that prevent printing.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your printer and computer to ensure that any temporary issues are resolved.

Check Network or Connection:

  • If your printer is connected over a network, ensure that it is properly connected and that there are no network issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
