If your system is running a supported version of the Operating System for which there is software,
(then)
You are certainly welcome to download the installation driver and copy it to a USB drive.
Plug the USB drive into the lonely system, that is the computer without access to the 'net.
Be aware of the supported Operating Systems / versions.
Make sure you grab the "Offline" installation package - the standard "Easy Start" requires Internet access.
Presumably the "Offline only" version of the install package will install on the local system.
