My OfficeJet keeps adding a .5in margin to the top of my document, forcing a 1in margin at the top (only), which results in images getting cut off. This margin appears on all versions of this document I attempt to print, and has been appearing for some time with different files. It appears when I try to print from the program directly and when trying to print as a .PDF and occurs with both OfficeJet printers in my home.
This is maddening, and I cannot figure out where this setting is or how to turn it off. I need a .5in margin all the way around as specified in my program and layout. Below, you can see the margin as set in the program (at the .5 inches), the printing settings I have specified in the program (Affinity Publisher), and then a visual of me having printed the item in question and ended up with twice the margin that should exist.
I pursued the idea that it was the program for some time, but it has been printed by other printers from this document without that extra margin, which leads me to believe it is some infuriating setting in HP's product.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Does it happen when you copy?
Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:
