Printer C4400 Driver for windows 10 - unable to use with windows drivers

Hello all,

I'm having issues installing and using a Hp Printer C4400 on windows 10 home edition .

i tried to install the printer via USB using the HPPSdr 5.7.4 software

It finds the printer but indicates that it is not installed.

It states that the complete software solution for the device is not installed on this computer.

I try to "get the installer."

It redirects me to the HP support website. If I choose software and drivers, it returns to the same options.

In Windows, I already have the option enabled to automatically download apps from device manufacturers.

any ideia ? i saw on other similar posts, that an older version of the software will fix the issue, but i can't get older driver versions.

could you help me?
