Hi,
Try forcing a firmware reinstall using a USB stick.
Take a USB stick and backup its data, then format it with a Fat32 file system from any computer:
https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-to-format-a-usb-drive-to-fat32-on-windows-10/
Download and run the latest firmware update utility:
Once the utility launches, right-click the taskbar and select Open task Manager.
Within the Process tab, right-click Device Update and select Open File Location.
Copy the clearwater_dist_002.2052B_nonassert_appsigned_lbi_rootfs_secure_signed.ful2 file to the root of the USB stick
Power off the printer and insert the USB stick, if the printer doesn't start automatically start it after a minute or two and check if it may allow the printer to initialize.
Hope that may help,
Shlomi
