Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9018) keeps trying to download an update but keeps failing. The printer is connected to the internet with wireless. I tried restarting the printer, disconnecting the power cord for 60 seconds, and downloading the update with PC but nothing seems to work. The printer just goes into download mode, then I get an error message saying that the download was unsuccessful and to either retry or ok. I press ok and then I can print, until it automatically tries to download again a few minutes later. Can you help?
