Hi @FRMT

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you would like to install the Driver, I can assist you with finding the correct driver for your HP LaserJet P1102 printer on macOS.

To install the HP LaserJet P1102 printer driver on a MacBook Air with the M1 chip, follow these steps:

Download and Install Driver

  • Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the official https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
  • Search for Your Printer: In the search bar, type HP LaserJet P1102 and select your printer model.
  • Select macOS: Choose your current macOS version. If you are running the latest macOS, select the latest compatible version available on the HP website.
  • Download the Driver: Look for the "Software and Drivers" section. Download the full feature driver or any updated driver package available for macOS.
  • Install the Driver: Once downloaded, open the driver package and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Apple AirPrint: The HP LaserJet P1102 can also be used with Apple AirPrint, which allows you to print without installing a driver. Simply connect your printer to your network via USB or a wireless connection, and your Mac should detect it as AirPrint capable.

Take care and have an amazing day!
