Is there a way to install two different drivers for the same printer, such as, by treating the printer as two separate devices? Our office printer is Mopia compliant for printing, but not for scanning, so I would like to install the HP driver but still keep the Microsoft IPP driver.

Short Answer:
Yes.
- Windows typically supports its own driver set.
- Supported printers in a Windows environment typically support a full driver printer software for supported Operating Systems.
Details
Printer Model (not provided) is important as is the Operating System / version (unknown).
Along with the printer itself, the OS dictates which applications and / or software are available.
Assuming for the sake of the answer that the printer is supported, you are running a supported version of Windows, you can find and install the full driver printer software for it, and your printer is connected to the same network as is your device (PC), then set / change the Driver you want to use in Printer Properties
