Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Have DeskJet 2752e now x 10days.. Was printing fine, but then stopped. Showed printer as being 'offline' although on printer showed WiFi Connected. After various tries, disconnected printer from Wifi and removed from computer, then reconnected to WiFi and reloaded on my computer. The reloaded printer icon shows Driver Unavailable, and printer will not print. Have Windows 10 (21H2).What is the remedy? Thanks

I see that you are getting Printer Driver Unavailable error on your HP DeskJet 2752e All-in-One Printer.

 

Please download and install the drivers on the windows computer from this link

 

You may also refer to this link for HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network).
