Product: M180nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've owned this M180nw printer since January (10 months).  When I download and run the FULL driver LJM178-M181_UWWL_3_1_Full_WebPack_44.3.2218 nothing happens (no install attempt).  When I download and run HPEasyStart_8_5_3738_10 it locks up Windows 10 - hard freeze, must hardware reset / reboot the computer to recover.

 

HP Tech support has been useless.  Frustrating.

Once again it seems that tech support has nothing to offer.  Since it costs money to dispose of printers it seems like HP should cover the cost of trashing this brand new printer. {sigh} (Can you tell that I'm a frustrated user?)
