Hello, @snowman777
The Deskjet 990c is the generic driver that can be used with any printer. This is not a downloadable driver and comes as Windows built-in driver. But, this is not the original driver for the printer and the link that I provided gives you to the original printer drivers.
If you are having a 64 bit OS, then you can try using the Deskjet 990c drivers as suggested below:
-
Open Printers and Faxes. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Printers and Faxes.
-
Under Printer Tasks, click Add a printer to open the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next.
-
Click A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer, and then click Next.
-
Use the printer IP address and finish the installation. Select the Deskjet 990c as the printer driver.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Cheers 🙂
