Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Envy 5030 inkjet printer/scanner and am trying to load software for this from HP.  It appears that I have to log on to an account to operate my own printer at home. **bleep**?  What is all this crap for?   I don't want it.
Yes, I want to print and scan. Why do I need an account to do this?  I have always purchased HP printers but now Im angry.
I need a 'no **bleep**' software package that will drive my 'HOME' HP printer.
