I have recently bought:
a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge Laptop, Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus Processor, 16GB RAM, Galaxy AI, 512GB SSD.
There have been several tries of downloading the relevant software from https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/hp-deskjet-3050a-e-all-in-one-printer-series---j6/model/5061081
That is to use an ageing HP Deskjet 3050A J611
But have failed entirely to print from the laptop. Theis tells me that the printer is connected via a USB cable, but the relevant driver fails to co-operate, it seems, with the Snapdragon X plus processor.
Help, pleezzzzz!!

@Martin7350, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Print from a Windows ARM64 Device!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Steps to Print from a Windows ARM64 Device
Update Windows: Ensure your Windows operating system is updated to the latest version.
Driver Compatibility: Use the latest drivers available for your printer model from the HP support site. Though ARM64 specific drivers may not be listed, the standard drivers for Windows may still work.
Install Software: Ensure you download and install the printer software from the following link: HP Deskjet 3050A J611 Series Drivers
Try Universal Driver: If the specific driver doesn't work, you may try installing the HP Universal Print Driver which sometimes supports a wide range of printers on different Windows versions: HP Universal Print Driver
Check Connection: Verify that the printer is properly connected to your network or directly via USB.
Use Built-in Windows Functionality: Open Control Panel -> Devices and Printers, and try to add your printer manually. Windows might find a compatible driver automatically.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
