I've had my printer for several months and its been working remotely via Bluetooth with my MacBook and iPhone, however, since yesterday when I try to print I get the message 'Printer is not responding'.
The bluetooth light is on and the information on the printer says it's connected to my wifi but it doesn't appear as a device in my Bluetooth list of devices on my iphone or Mac.
I've tried switching off and on again but made no difference. I then reset the connection to my wifi and entered the password and again it showed as being connected but still isn't responding.
Can you help please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "cannot print from computer or phone" issue.
To Assist better-
1) Are you able to make copies using the printer
2)Have you installed the HP Smart on your phone?
Let's try a power reset on the printer-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
try the steps in the document to print using HP Smart APP
Try the steps in the document to print from the computer- Printer is Offline or Not Responding
