1. Officejet Pro 6970

2. Blue screen 01999CE7 then black screen with Printer Error - There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer off, then on.

This does not fix the problem, the printer restarts then goes back to Blue Screen message then black screen message.

Even resetting has not resolved the issue.

3. No changes made to the system beforehand.
