Hello,
[Personal Information Removed]
Since I bought this printer I can't print or use my printer ,I followed all the steps but I still have have this issue .Please see  the picture attached to the email. Please advise.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are getting "printer failure" error on your 
HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-In-One Printer.


Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
