Hello, 

 

Good day. We are having issue with our office printer. It's showing Printer Failure, "here's a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off and then on." I tried to follow the option 1 for the solution. I tried to unplug the cable then turn off and wait 60 secs to turn on but its still showing the same.
