HP ENVY 5070 All-in-One Printer

Help.......I keep getting a Printer Failure  message. I've reloaded the app , turned it on and off countless times.

ive replaced the black ink cartridge.....rebooted the wifi an d

still  Printer failure.

it was working just fine before the ink ran low. I replaced it with a real HP65XL Black cartridge and FAIL

HP Support  has been  miserable , beyond difficult to connect to and non existant.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are getting printer failure error on your HP All-In-One Printer.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

I tried your suggestion and still I get Printer Failure 

what’s next? Time to get another printer? 
this was working well 2 weeks ago and now …? Printer failure

I have the same issue of printer failure. I also get a message saying “paper jam”. I have done everything support says multiple times to do for both issues, everything, and nothing has helped.
