I installed new cartridges, and I keep getting a printer failure error. I have unplugged my printer several times, and I still get a printer failure error. At first, it was a paper jam error, but no paper was jammed. I opened the printer and checked for any jammed paper, but couldn't find any. Now all I get is the printer failure error. This has never happened before.
