I am not able to check the checkbox in the "Welcome to HP Printer Update" screen (picture #2 below) so that I can update my printer's firmware2022-07-03 (1).png2022-07-03.png

It says is up to date, you can't install the same firmware version.

Thank you. I missed that. I wish HP wouldn't keep telling me I have new updates to install when the printer is already up-to-date.

Many of the new models require that you have a password assigned to the ews of the printer before you can update the firmware.
