Good day I have a Hp officejet pro 8715 printer after a firmware update the cartridges did not work, supply system problem

I'd like to help!

 

There is no firmware downgrade option for the printer. 

 

This is a Dynamic security-enabled printer. The Firmware Update may prevent supplies with non-HP chips or circuitry from working.

Note: For printers manufactured prior to December 1, 2016, dynamic security will not be enabled by the firmware. Please note that HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges.
